The Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies Recipe

Serves: 24 pieces
- Large pan
- Wooden spoon
- Rubber (or some type of flexible) ice cube trays
You will need:
- 1 ½ cups natural apple juice
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup of water
- 5 tbsp gelatin powder
Preparation and use:
Mix the apple juice, apple cider vinegar and water in a large pan (off heat) and stir until homogeneous. Add the gelatin powder to the mixture and blend, leaving it to sit for a couple of minutes.
Place the pan on a warmed up stove (medium heat) and stir with a wooden spoon for five minutes until you notice that the gelatin has entirely dissolved.
Get the ice cube trays, pour the acquired mixture inside and place it in the freezer. Leave it for an hour the least, before you or someone else consumes them.
Advice: You can also prepare these chewable candies in any type of silicone shape you wish, not only cubes. Or, if it just so happens that you have no ice trays, pour the mixture into a larger dish, let it solidify in the freezer, and cut it up into smaller pieces.
