Cellulite and I? Oh, We Broke Up

I had a problem with cellulite a long time ago. I have tried everything, from expensive anti-cellulite creams and lotions to running, but nothing helped.

Then I decided to try a natural treatment to get rid of these ugly circles on my thighs. Then I googled a bit, and found a recipe which proved to be awesome. Now I cannot wait for the summer to come to show off my smooth legs.

However, I am not sure if it was the recipe by itself, or changing my daily routines took a role as well. I started drinking a lot of water during the day, and I make about 50 squats daily. I also wrap my thighs with the recipe given below once a week. Moreover, every time I take a shower, and that is an estimate of every second day, I scrub just plain coffee grounds into my thighs and then I rinse it off. I was doing this for around 7 months now, and the result were visible even after the first month.

As it is widely known, caffeine provides the skin with antioxidants and it tightens the skin. I have been reading stories that it has a momentarily effect, but I noticed just the opposite. Even when I do not apply it for a few days my thighs are still great now.

To make the exfoliating cream you will need:

  • 1 cup of coffee grounds
  • 3 tablespoons of sea salt or sugar (this is an exfoliator)
  • 5 tablespoons of coconut oil (or another essential oil)

Put all the ingredients in a jar and mix them well (you can warm the mixture up in the microwave to mix it better). Use this mixture one a week. Massage it into your thighs and then wrap them with saran wrap. Leave the cream work for an hour. Then wash it off. The salt (or sugar) will exfoliate your skin, the coffee will tighten it and the oil will moisturize it.

Nevertheless, do not forget the water and the squats. I usually dink a glass of water in the morning and then I do the squats. Then I drink another glass of water every hour.

Finally, please share this if you want to have an enjoyable view on the beach this summer. Enjoy you summer folks.
